The list in the links above are condos that I/we have taken the time to approve the Association (HOA) through the process in order to be able to offer Conventional Financing.

What this simply means is that units within are Financeable with as little as 5% down for borrowers that will owner occupy the unit.

These listings have been reviewed and sumbmitted the Condo Questionnaire, Budget and Insurance and received a full approval.
